The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore

the Spa and wellness centre offered the best massages and body treatments we have ever experienced. the treatment rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed the calming atmosphere of the spa lounge. the outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking, and the sun loungers were very comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from our room.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant's buffet breakfast. While the selection was vast, we found the quality of the food was not up to par with the hotel's overall excellence.

We loved the friendly staff, concierge's prompt response, and the room upgrade. The Marina Bay view was breathtaking.

The amazing view from my room was fine. The highlight of my stay was the good dinner experience, where I indulged in a wide range of delicious cuisine. The service provided by Katy was excellent, as she were pretty good too make my birthday celebration lovely. The staff at The Ritz-Carlton knows how to deliver great service.

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left. The hotel itself was stunning and one of the best we've ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond for our young kids, providing an upgrade to a premier suite and even purchasing a new pacifier for us late at night. The view of Marina Bay from our room was breathtaking and the amenities were top-notch, including a spacious bedroom, luxurious bathroom, and a fabulous pool. The breakfast options were the best we've ever experienced, with a wide range of choices. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

The staff were very nice, providing great service from parking to front desk to massage. The hotel had the best view, accessibility to the F1 track, and overall comfort. The Japanese breakfast created by Chef Adam was excellent and different every day. The location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions and shopping areas.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the swimming pool, it was the best in the city. The staff and management team were really good, providing excellent service.

Room placement was disappointing. We requested a room with a view but were given a room on a lower floor with a noisy highway outside.

The location was perfect, as I was able to easily visit all of Singapore's main attractions and the MRT was just a short walk away. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning view of the marina. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The only downside was the initial issue with the bath tub drain pipe, which took a bit of time to resolve. However, once the problem was brought to the staff's attention, it was quickly fixed.
